M&A is a vibrant and compelling new multi-layered residential, commercial and retail urban precinct, located at the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude valley. They were looking for a solution to provide shade and extra protection from weather whilst still having flexibility. The solution was to install a combination of motorised Gibus folding arm awnings on the front of each restaurant down the laneway and straight drop awnings to protect a large open area on the McLachlan street side of the precinct.
